Sarah joins from financial services firm Wesleyan, where she was responsible for customer experience improvements and operational management initiatives in her role as Customer Operations Change Lead.
Sarah’s depth of knowledge in and dedication to providing excellent customer service has been gained over 10 years in customer focused roles in both the UK and Australia, having previously held roles at Expedia, eBay, LivingSocial and Swarovski.
