CrowdProperty's Project of the Year 2020 winner will be announced on Sunday 7th March - check out this year's finalists below.

 

Finalist #1 is Wyndham Hall, Plymouth from KHP Group. This project saw the conversion of a detached former listed chapel last used as a gymnasium into 6 separate high-end HMOs providing a total of 30 rooms all with en-suites and generous communal areas.

 

Finalist #2 is Cottage Mews, Wednesbury from King of Kings Development Ltd. This project saw the demolition of a former public house for the development of nine town houses and four apartments. The development benefits from being part of a modern gated community.

 

Finalist #3 is Abbotsford Road, Liverpool from Thomas Muir. This project saw the conversion of the former care home building and new-build development to create seven apartments.

 

Finalist #4 is Orchard House, Crediton from KHP Group. This project saw the conversion of a former care home to provide 22 residential flats and 37 car spaces.

 

Finalist #5 is Old Skittle Alley, Faulkland from BluSkye Industries Limited. This project saw the conversion of a pub outbuilding into two semi-detached 2-bed dwellings with parking.
