Having recently announced record-setting performance in Q3 2022, in terms of both lending and new facilities started, CrowdProperty is delighted to welcome Richard Payne to the business as Lending Director.
Richard is a qualified Chartered Quantity Surveyor with over 35 years of construction consultancy and development finance experience, 10 of which have been spent acting for banks and other funders. His significant knowledge of the development lending market and expertise in strategic real estate investment complement the existing skillset within the CrowdProperty team.
Joining from Hampshire Trust Bank, Richard has held a number of senior development finance positions in his career - including Director of Development at Oblix Capital and Head of Real Estate Finance at BLME. Previous financial services roles also include time at Deutsche Bank and Kaupthing/Singer & Friedlander.
