We have recently taken the opportunity to review the rates of return offered on our first-charge secured property development projects.

As a result, investors will note enhanced rates of return on projects launched on the CrowdProperty platform from today.

Enhanced rates will be offered for both new development facilities and follow on raises for existing project facilities. Where the rate of return for a follow on raise is higher than previous raises, payment of the additional return above the original loan interest rate will only be made once all repayments of capital and interest at the original loan rate have been made in full across all loan phases.

For now, these enhanced rates have not been passed on to borrowers as we are honouring the rates agreed with active and pipeline projects. This competitive borrower pricing ensures we continue to attract high-quality lending opportunities to the platform.

We have a strong pipeline of projects and our team continues to work hard to bring you more. Our expected project launches (and associated enhanced rates) over the coming weeks can be viewed on the CrowdProperty website.
