CrowdProperty has been shortlisted in two categories at the forthcoming Property Awards 2019, in the Financier/Lender of the Year and Proptech Innovator of the Year categories.
The shortlisting for the awards – which are organised by prestigious industry publication Property Week – comes after a very strong 2018 for CrowdProperty where we were recognised in the Peer2Peer Finance News Power 50 2018. As a new entrant into the Power 50, we have come along in leaps and bounds last year and are continuing with this progression in 2019. As a property development finance provider, we passed the £25,000,000 lending milestone, launched our new visual identity, became the ninth member of the Peer-to-Peer Finance Association, were the first P2P development finance provider to be Brismo verified and paid back to our lenders over £12,000,000 of which over £1,000,000 in interest.
